Join the Museum!

The Ethan Allen Homestead Museum invites you to join our membership. We are constantly growing and evolving, developing new programs, and enhancing the Homestead as an enjoyable and enriching place where people feel a sense of belonging. We are in the process of designing new exhibits, many designed specifically for children, and have planned several exciting special family events. We continue to offer our year-round, academically based monthly lecture series. Please check out EVENTS calendar for special engagements at the Homestead. Your membership entitles you free admission to all our events and supports our educational and cultural programs. Welcome to the Homestead and thank you for your support!

The Ethan Allen Homestead does not receive any governmental support and subsists soley on your support. Your contribution help us provide to the public quality education and entertainment experiences. As a federally approved 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization, your donation is tax deductible. We do not sell your information to any third party!

Goods Donations

The Museum always has a use for gently used office supplies, furniture, tools, multimedia equipment, and many other items. if you are located within Chittenden County, we are happy to come pick them up!

Please contact us at (802) 865-4556 or e-mail info@ethanallenhomestead.org if you have any items that you would like to donate to the museum, we also offer a donation receipt for tax purposes. 

 

Collection Items

We are happy to examine items for our collection, but we are limited by our bylaws to accepting items pertaining to 18th Century Vermont or earlier. Tax receipt for collections are heavily regulated, and items of significant value must be appraised by a third party per law.
