Volunteer at the Ethan Allen Homestead!

Museum Volunteers help bring 18th century Vermont history to life for all visitors. Programs include simple visuals, replicas and hands-on activities used to highlight different aspects of colonial life in America. Presentations are normally to groups of around 10 to 20 students as a time.

No prior experience is necessary, but an enthusiasm for both history and working with the public. School tours are scheduled throughout the year. Training is provided as well as many experienced volunteers to help you.
